They kept promising me days my car would be done, which days were never correct. They had never gave me updates after the days had passed, to which I gave them an extra day or two, then proceeded to call them. They never answered the phone and hardly ever called back. Never once called me with any updates of my car after realizing they didn’t even order all the parts necessary after the first time they sent for parts. The real key factor is they sent my car away to a complete other shop to have repairs done because they could not accommodate them. NEVER once had called to let me know about that and I had to show up to the dealership itself just to find out my car was not there because they didn’t answer their phones. I feel as if my time was wasted and I feel as if I am owed something for my time.
