The communication was bad, information given was incorrect, I was told my computer screen gave out and it was my responsibility to pay out of pocket to repair it, but it wound up being repaired, I talked to 3 car advisors and an office manager who did not know what was going on, but insisted her staff did the right thing although she had no knowledge of the repairs done. I plan to contact Red McCombs grandson and tell him about my experience.

Took my truck in for stolen tail lights. Took 3 weeks to fix. Told it would take 1 week to 10 days. Not very satisfied with how long it took.

When I selected red McCombs, I selected them because they were one of the only dealers that worked on aluminum in San Antonio. My truck isn’t even a year old. However, this was a terrible choice. I took my truck in for minor damage done to the driver side of the truck. When I first received my truck back it was worse than when I sent it. They didn’t order the right step, which wasn’t a big deal. But they left my tailgate very dented and scratched although there was no damage originally done to the tailgate, my brake lights and reverse lights didn’t work. They didn’t put the protection film on the door and tent didn’t add the sticker to the bed of the truck. When I called they said “we are sorry, we fired the guy who did the work!” So they knew they had no quality control yet they still gave me my truck back worse than what it was and took no accountability. I had to return 3x the final straw was after they “fixed” my tailgate, it didn’t open and the latch didn’t work either. I am truly dumbfounded as to how this could be considering my tailgate wasn’t even hit to begin with. They were very quick to take my 5,000 check but didn’t even take the time for a quality control check. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT
