The paint and everything looked great. I was kept up to date and the front desk service was excellent. My only complaint is that one side of the hood did not fit real well and there is a big big gap on the driver side like it is still a little tweaked on that side.

RR did a fabilous Joe repairing my 24 Tesla Y. The car is tighter and quieter than when I bought it new. I was surprised at the delivery charge of the parts. I realize you don’t control that but it was unexpected. Doesn’t take away the fact that RR did a fabulous job

The delivery charge for my parts, $400, was far greater than I expected and I wasn’t told this up front. I would have drivin to the pick up location for that price, however this doesn’t change the fact that I am very satisfied with the repair and would use RR again
