As I expressed when I was at your office, there were 2 small panels that were not refinished and painted adjacent to work that was great. It sticks out like a sore thumb. When I pay $5000 for a paint job it seems inconceivable that this is omitted.

I am generally very happy with the repainting of my 2006 Toyota Tundra with the exception being the two small panels which weren’t painted located just below the lights. I asked why they weren’t painted and the answer I was given was that it wasn’t included in the original estimate. I consider this to be a managerial oversight.
