The customer service was great. All my needs were taken care of. The car was repaired at the tire shop, but the insurance claim needed to be done through the body shop. It all worked out in the end.

From day day they entire staff was very helpful and always kept me updated on the repair process. They always go the extra mile for their customers. They even put a new battery in my car at no cost which made my day..I’ll recommend them to everyone you needs body work done or was involved in accident.. Excellent work and my car looks brand new.. I like the place, but Artistic is a more dignified name. If I didn’t know the type of service that I receive, i probably would have skipped over this body shop

I picked up the car, went home, picked up clothes, and went to the hospital, and I’ve been here, since. The work done previously has been excellent. I have not been able, to even look at the car, as of yet. I’ve been in the hospital since coming here. I’m not real sure how things are going time wise. I’m used to body shops in Toledo, Ohio. The last vehicle that needed a complete paint job, was when I lived in Toledo. The complete job, start to finish, was 12 days. So, I can’t compare a paint job in Sebring, FL, to a paint job in Toledo, OH. When I get out of the hospital, I will look at the quality. But, thanks, all who were involved.
