I believe the lack of care came from the initial "total loss" determination. I myself drove past the body shop. My driver side window was left down in the rain, Hood was left open, and back door was left open. There are quite a few issues that I will have to handle myself due to the lack of attention to detail. But it is what it is. Do they typically remove the gas from a vehicle, for transportation after being deemed a total loss. If so, I know my car wasn't on empty when I dropped it off to the shop. It was returned to me on empty. Attention to detail will make or break a company. Wish I had a better experience.
