Red’s is a 100% wonderful experience, from the workers in the back to Megan at the desk to a Keurig with paper, not styrofoam, coffee cups. I’m 82 and gray-haired and I know most of us in that category are difficult or dislikes. Red’s warmly welcomed me, demonstrated compassion for my distress, made sure the rental car arrived on time. They updated me on their progress and finished the repairs far earlier than i expected. My car was spotless inside and beautifully repaired outside. I recommend them without hesitation. They would be excellent teachers to all workers in Highlands County. I’m very grateful. Ann
