I appreciated Tom keeping in touch to keep me informed of the repair progression. I realize it was probably quite involved as it included the roof line, the hatch function, broken window, etc. It took longer than initially stated but I had a loaner car and appreciate that the repair was complete and thorough rather than hurried. Hopefully I don't have anymore trees fall on it but I'll keep you in mind if I do LOL. Thanks & Blessings, Peggy

The car wasn't really "promised" as to when completed. It would seem there was alot involved with the repair. The use of the loaner vehicle was adequate until the completion of my vehicle.

I can still see the damage to my bumper. I believe the shop improved the look of the damage but didn’t eliminate it.
