I had to call in to connect with employees, was never called by them, only to notice that they had the wrong number on my keys and when we checked the phone at the main event bar, we saw they called that number trying to reach us. It is a number that is never used, Not sure where they got that number from? It would have been very helpful if they had my correct number and I had actually been called. Seemed to do a nice job on the vehicle, just the little customer service issues were disappointing. Receptionist were the communicators of the business, never once saw or visited with one of the service technicians.
