Took nearly a month for my vehicle to get into the shop, but other than that I'm satisfied with the turnover time.

I had asked for a door side panel to be ordered and also replaced with my van, unfortunately they were going off of memory with ordering the parts and completely forgot to put this in. Sucks that I wasn't able to get this particular item replaced, maybe in such circumstances where it takes a month for the vehicle to get in they should write down extra orders that the customer requests.
