⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service! Renzo Auto Repair in Mount Vernon is simply the best! Their team is professional, timely, and incredibly attentive. They kept me up-to-date every step of the way on my vehicle’s status and went above and beyond with door-to-door rental car service—talk about convenience! The waiting room was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, complete with a refrigerator and snacks. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Professionalism, communication, convenience, and customer service at its absolute best. I highly recommend Renzo Auto Repair!

I had a great experience with Renzo. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The team completed the repairs in a fair amount of time, and the quality of the work was excellent, I appreciated everyone honesty. Lena made the entire process smooth and stress-free, from my first conversation with her over the phone when I called to drop my vehicle off to the last one we had when I came to pick it up, she was so friendly and helpful her attitude tells me that Renzo was a business I could trust. Thank you everyone for taking care of my baby i really appreciate the team making her look like new again, sorry i didn’t get any of the guys name, especially the one that walk me to my car in the pouring rain with a box covering my head thank you. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repair services.
