A little customer service goes a long way. In my case Renzo cared more about what insurance was covering than getting my investment back to me in the condition it was in before it was hit while parked. They saw the video of the accident, and seemed either unable or unwilling to communicate to the insurance company that there was simply more damage present than what had been acknowledged.
