Rice Automotive was founded in 1957, when Kenneth P. Rice Purchased the original Rice Olds Company franchise that was located at 1710 West Cumberland Street. The Dealership was moved to the 8330 Kingston Pike location in 1971. In 1985, the Chrysler-Dodge franchise was purchased at the Airport Motor Mile. The GMC franchise was added at the Kingston Pike location in 1987. the Buick franchise was purchased in 2002 to replace Oldsmobile. The Jeep franchise was acquired on the Motor Mile in 2009. Our goal at Rice Automotive is to provide superior service to all our customers.
