Richey's body shop is a top notch, transparent and very talented group of people to have repair your vehicle in the event of an accident. They're very good people and do not cut corners on your repairs. I will not use anyone else, and recommend Richey's to everyone I know who may need assistance from a body shop.

Customer service is incredible at Richey's. From the ladies who manage the front, to the repairmen who work on the vehicles all the way to the owners of the company, there are not better people around to work with. They were very closely with their insurance carrier to ensure that your vehicle will be properly repaired.

With holidays and weather that could have played some into the issues, but if you say you need to do what you say. My car looked great and they did they best to make sure I was satisfied in the end.
