I found Richmond Auto Body via a Google search which led to thousands of excellent reviews. They were not wrong and I am so glad I went through your shop. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was treated with compassion and care by every member of the team. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and provided excellent guidance. The front office staff were also incredibly helpful when I encountered an issue at Enterprise due to having an out of state drivers license and no credit cards in my own name which resulted in them denying me a rental car. The office staff held my hand, unprompted, in not only speaking to enterprise directly in an effort to move the rental process forward but also in redirecting me to Hertz who did approve my loaner. The actual body work they performed came out impeccably and Chris went a step further and put on a license plate frame I had asked if they wouldn’t mind doing while fixing my trunk. Turn around time was quick and the car came back looking better than before the damage. Everyone from first contact to pick up were excellent and went above and beyond for me. Beyond satisfied and will recommend Richmond to any friends and family in need of body work. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

The work preformed on my Ford Explorer put it back to Original condition. The paint , body lines and spacing between body panels are perfect. The front office handle all paper work and notification to the customer with perfection. Making for a comfortable experience on the financial and timing of the process easy and accessible. As a son and nephew of a" paint and a body" tradesman, i appreciate and see quality and pride in the professionalism of the end product. I use Richmond Auto Body exclusively and strongly advice others to do the same.
