I was completely satisfied with everything. The only thing was when they detailed my car, which was awesome but, they used Armoral on my floor mats which made them very slippery. I had to take them out and wash them to remove the extreme abundance of it so I didn't have slippery soles on my shoes and slip off the pedals. Jess was very professional and so was the rest of the staff at Rick's auto body. They did a magnificent job with the repairs and I got my car back 5 days early.
