Rick's did a superior job on our car as usual. I've been a customer of the shop for 30 years, and have never once been disappointed. I can say that I expect the most from Rick's and they always deliver. Ronnie's experience is spot on with drop-off and delivery. Jessica is such a pleasure dealing with Insurance companies and to our rental car. But the most impressive part of my experience is seeing the car like new again. It was nice that they give out little candies for the customers at the front desk, but I do think that the nice girl that works there keeps the good ones for herself.

Al and Jessica are wonderful. Al explained everything clearly, and answered questions that I had. Jessica helped me get a rental vehicle, got items out of my car that I had forgotten, etc. Great customer service.

Rick's Auto Body staff is very professional, both in the office and, based on the results, in the shop. My car looks like it's new! My only complaint is that they were unable to take the car in for repair for over 2 weeks. But I guess that just proves that a lot of people agree with me.
