The roof of the car had white specs all over. Could only take off with your finger nail. The front bumper that was repaired does not line up correctly showing the underside where it is not painted. Bringing it in Tuesday.

I appreciated how everything was taken care of with my best interest in mind. Jessica kept me updated on the repairs and was very concerned that I understood the process-especially in regards to the rental car. I would like to thank you for taking the extra time to fix my bumper that I had damaged when I backed into a snow bank trying to let a school bus pass. It was very kind of you. My car was so clean and shiny. Thanks again for the great work, professionalism and kindness. Happy, healthy, hopeful 2017.

From drop off to pick up the whole process was stress free.
