The service was superb from start to finish. Everyone at Rick's was very pleasant and accommodating. The day to day progress on the vehicle via e-mail was another great feature that Rick's offered. As far as the repair, it absolutely looks fantastic! And they took the extra effort to clean the whole car, which looks amazing. The whole team was very friendly and helpful! I really liked getting daily updates on the progress of my car. In addition, they finished ahead of schedule and who doesn't like that?! :)

They were up front and honest and concerned with my needs as truck had 600 miles on it when damaged. They stayed to there delivery to a tee. Wonderful job!
