We are extremely satisfied with the service we received at Ricks's. Everyone was very knowledgeable and committed to doing their best. Their concern for getting the job done in a professional and timely manner was always evident. Their organization and cleanliness was much appreciated. They kept us up to date with e-mails and photos of their progress. The lift that they had to replace on the back of the car is working very well.
