I had recently had a troubling experience with another auto body shop and came into this opportunity with an open mind. I was wowed from the beginning with the amount of time and effort they put into my initial visit. They went through the damage in front of me meanwhile taking notes of what the other shop had previously done. They found minor entities that were not fixed before & formulated a plan as to incorporate it into the repair job. Beyond the job that was being requested they also aided me in replacing other parts that I had not yet trusted others with. I received my car back today- only 8 days after I dropped it off- & it looked as good as new. From start to finish I was kept up to date by their online site with photos showing the work being done. The time stamps of these updates were between 0530 & 1600 which showed that they working earlier in the morning to accomplish my vehicle on time. I never had to question the status of the repair. The things that separate Rick's from the other shops I've been to from the states of Maine through Rhode Island would be: the level of empathy & willingness to listen. The repair was completed in a timely fashion with no excuses as to their timeline nor quality. They respected my time & ordered the parts ahead as to allow for a faster turn around. I did not have rental issuance on my policy and they aided me in the process of setting up a rental to meet me at their location. Overall: great experience & a great opportunity to build a customer relationship- if I have another unfortunate event I will be calling them for further repairs. Thank you all!
