I experienced a rare delight considering the possible aggravations associated with having one's dented car fixed. The folks at Rick's were super customer friendly, very courteous, professional, and competent. The damaged area is as it was when new and the car now sparkels. I stopped by to get an estimate and Al took it from there. He and the staff completely and totally handled even detail-corridniated the rental car, interfaced with the insurance company and kept me informed by email with photos of the progress, Just a super experience all around. Knowing what your in business for and taking care of your customer works for me considering the alternatives. Thanks much for enjoyable experience. Sincerely, David

Thanks for a job well done! It doesn't even look like I damaged my car! I also love that you send out emails and pictures to let me know of the progress and the process. It's very helpful. One last thing, thank you for getting my car back to me before the finish date. That was great!

My mechanic recommended Ricks Auto Body, he said they do a better job than the manufacturer. He was completely right! My car looks awesome,and they kept me updated along the process. They knew this was an unexpected expense for me and completed the job within my budget. I could not ask for better service.

There is a small but very noticeable scratch on the passenger side door. When my husband brought my vehicle for a consultation regarding the damage on the driver side door before electing to have the autobody work completed, he pointed this out and asked to have this addressed as well. We picked the vehicle up today and the scratch on the passenger door is still there after agreeing to not sparing any expense to have the car repaired right.
