The email updates were greatly appreciated. Not having to call and check up on progress was a huge benefit for my busy schedule. Also being able to see pictures at different points of the work was great - I knew the car wasn’t just ‘waiting’ to be worked on and could see the level of quality from your technicians. The shop premises were clean, neat and well organized - something you don’t always see. Last, but not least, I cannot say enough about Jessica. Her professionalism, knowledge and personality are a tremendous asset to your business. I will not hesitate to return to Rick’s and to share my experience with friends and relatives.

Amazing work as always, 3rd time bringing my car here and always pleased when leaving. Car looks better than when I bought it. Will always bring my car here for body work. Everyone is nice and great updates along the way. Got my car back sooner than expected.
