Our relationship with Rick's Auto Body began because they were convenient we have returned to them because of their work which is always spot on:the repairs are performed as they should be and the vehicle is returned to you in as new condition. My recent repair was to take a week, it was done in two days, so yes they're timely. The staff is always willing to help and value you as a customer and the detailing is always first rate. I know when my car is returned to me it is as it was prior to the loss.

The car looks fantastic. I am very pleased with professionalism, their meticulous work and how they treated me. This was the second time that I was involved in an accident but bringing my car to Rick’s Auto Body on Post Road gave me peace of mind. I knew the car was going to be fixed in a timely manner and done correctly. My car looks better than new. I know it sounds like an exaggeration but trust me it’s NOT.
