This is the second car I have entrusted with Ricks. I can honestly tell you I will never take my car anywhere else for repairs than Ricks. They were, and always are the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Jess at the front desk was great, along with the rest of the team. I didn't have to do anything because they took control of the service from day one. They delt with the insurance company and made my life as easy as it can get. When I got the car back it was better than when it was new. I am so happy that my mechanic recommend them because I have never needed work on my car and didn't have a clue how to go about the insurance etc. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone in the future. They are the best
