All the positive reviews are correct. Incredibly easy process. Rick’s did a great job coordinating with the insurance and rental car companies. Regularly emailed job status updates were appreciated. The repair work looks great. Would happily recommend or use Rick’s again.

Always appreciate the great work at Rick’s. Communication throughout the repair process is excellent. Working with the office is a pleasure. They dealt with my insurance company and handled all the details with the rental car. This was a great experience all around. The car looks great!
