My husband and I give Ricky’s Collision an A+, for excellent customer service, kindness, consideration, and friendliness. I should mention the work was fantastic! They have a winning team at Ricky’s and it shows! By the way, you’ll want to talk with Herbie, he’s top dog there, and you could’r meet a better human being. We were so impressed by him! My car looked pretty good when I picked it up but it died on me the next day because the battery was not secured. My jumper cables were removed to do the cleaning which created a bad experience for me. The person I talked to on the phone never apologized and was very condescending and said “you sound very capable for a woman.”
