I have had to have body work done on my Tesla Model S 3 times in the past several years. I used Rife’s the first time when my car sustained damage from hitting a deer and was completely satisfied (although supply chain issues resulted in a 6-8 week repair). I used the other approved Tesla body shop when I had minor damage to my rear bumper due to a failure to stop. This other body shop has a much more convenient location for where I live. Nonetheless, this experience was terrible so when my Tesla was backed into and sustained rear bumper damage (again), Rife’s was the only choice for me. They are open and transparent (no games), honest and fair to the insurance covering the repairs (the latter two bumper repairs were paid for by the other person’s insurances) and communicated proactively keeping me updated on progress. The quality work of both body shops has been excellent but the integrity and communication of Rife’s is matchless in the central Ohio market for Tesla repair.
