Nate was patient with the other driver's insurer as we worked through the process of obtaining approval for OEM parts. OEM parts were approved so my car would be as good as new.

I was extremely impressed as always this is my third visit to Rifes never a disappointment Nathan was exceptional in customer service and he strived for my complete satisfaction hopefully I will not have to visit Rifes again for obvious reasons however if the need should arrive I will be back continue to be the exceptional body repair shop I wish Rifes continued success
