The service was impeccable, I am always concerned about the timeliness whenever I’ve had body work done. Fortunately enough , the team at Riley and Sons works quickly and professionally. Eric was very professional and answered clearly and concisely whenever I had a question about the process. I knew what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. The body work done was also immaculate. Almost like a brand new car.

The repair took much longer than than originally estimated/expected. Communication regarding the repair and delays in completion was okay but not great. Upon pick up of the vehicle they still had to install the truck bed cover. The cohost badge that must have been removed from the front door was not replaced and rather just left in the cup holder. The front passenger seat was filthy and looked like some sort of liquid had been spilled in it. (Luckily it came out with some heavy upholstery cleaner and scrubbing)The rear passenger window tint now has a large gouge out of it that wasn’t there prior to drop off. The overall interior of the vehicle was very dusty and dirty. I had to completely detail the vehicle when I got home. I had a great experience in the past at Riley and Sons Greenfield location but the McCordsville location left me rather disappointed. The only good thing I can say about the mccordsville location is the friendliness of Eric at the front desk. He was always professional and polite.

The service I received from start to finish was exceptional! The Manager Bill was very pleasant and informative, when I came in for an estimate, he quickly looked at my jeep and e-mailed me an estimate! I have been in the service industry for 38 years and I could tell Bill cared about his customers, and that is why I decided to have my body work done at Riley & Son’s. While my Jeep was there Bill kept me updated, and anytime I called Bill he was never too busy to take my call! I also spoke to Eric on a couple occasions and he was also very informative and willing to help! My jeep was done and ready for pick up on the date promised! I thought wow that hardly ever happens. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and before going in I inspected the body work that had been done! Everything thing looked great! Bill came out and asked If I was happy with the work, and I absolutely was! I am very picky about my jeep and cautious about leaving my jeep anywhere, but I was so comfortable leaving it in their hands! A business is only as good as the dedicated manager that runs it and the employees that work there!! Bill the manager and the employees at Riley &Sons are what makes this business have a great reputation and repeat customers! Thank you Bill and the employees for the great service I received I will be referring my friends and family!!
