Apparently a list of jobs for the day isn’t looked it on a daily basis. I had a 9am appointment on 8/4 and it wasn’t realized until I called to check on it. It was done on 8/5 so I didn’t have a vehicle for 2 days.

Had specifically asked and confirmed 3 times that they would detail my car while it was in the shop having body repairs. Had car for 2 weeks..awaiting parts….and when I picked it up they just said they didn’t get to it. No apology. Then I had to return my car because it was making a scraping noise when I opened the door where the repair was. I was provided a loaner at no charge because I had returned the rental 30 miles from my house. I appreciated the loaner but no apology for inconveniencing me with subpar work. The end outcome appears ok. Maybe I expect too much. Thanks for asking
