River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

1 tire PSI is low. Thought it was a slow leak but it appears that it was just underfilled. PSI is 31. The orher 3 tires are at mfgs recommended 35

When the plastic engine protector got ripped apart it rubbed both my front tires down to the cord on the inside. I believe this was caused by the animal encounter that ripped apart the protector and then I had to drive another 30 miles with it rubbing the tires. It my opinion that this should have been covered. I just spent $540 for new tires

I only put a 5 because when the plastic engine protector was ripped off it rubbed against my tires I brought it to you and you removed the piece till a new one was installed I immediately had to go spend $550 on new tires for the front, but I believe the damage should have been covered

No Regrets with anything/everything! #1 in my book & I wouldn’t take my vehicles elsewhere and that’s even to the dealership!! The front desk staff was great, however the repaired bumper color does not match the car. The car is Pacific Blue but the bumper looks like it has a slight green tint to it. I pointed it out when I picked it up and was told it was because the bumper is plastic so it is shows up different. The bumper that was damaged by the deer matched! I reported it to GEICO and was told he reached out to you about this but I have not heard back from anyone. If it can not be fixed I should get my $500 deductible back.
