River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

Everything that was marked on my SUV was not done when I was told my car was ready to be picked up. However, everything that was marked to need repair was not done. I had to bring what had not been completed to the attention of the Truett Auto Collision representative. Then I had to wait while he took care of what had been overlooked. I don’t think I would recommend Truett to anyone.
