River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

Excellent quality work. Helped coordinate with my insurance co. friendly staff. Done in a pretty timely manner. A slight delay to inferior bumper sent by supplier, Truett rejected that one and demanded a perfect one. I appreciate they look out for the customer and maintain their quality reputation.

My car seems to be repaired properly. The staff was friendly and courteous. My only issue was lack of updates on progress. Geico initially said the repair would take 4 days and Truett would update me. Truett said Geico would update me. No one updated me. I call Truett to check on the progress after one week.

Even though we were told it was ready by phone, when we arrived we noticed that there was a plastic trim that was loose. We waited for it to go back in shop which was less than 20 minutes.
