River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

I was very pleased with the job done by Truetts on my car! They were very informative with the text message updates and my car was completed on the exact date they estimated. I went back today because of a small issue which they fixed immediately. Everyone was very friendly and I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Im from out of town so was very skeptical having a body shop repair the car that I know nothing about , I was told use a shop GEICO authorizes , which is Truetts, the did an amazing job and with a quick turnaround as well !! Thank you again to Truetts !!!

We need some adjustments. There is lots of glue looking stuff on the windows and the frame around the windows. The passenger front door weather seal is not installed correctly so the noise from outside the car sounds as if the window is down at all times. Lots of shattered glass was left throughout the car. And at the onset of our repair, communication was A+. But , that quickly went downhill.
