River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

Well the hood is not fixed and there were some scratches on the hood that could have been buffed out. I will never used Truettes again

Really happy with Truett’s Auto Collision. Love how well I was kept informed of repairs and estimated time of completion. Car had been vacuumed and cleaned before pickup and smelt really good. Would definitely recommend!

I was impressed the minute I walked into the door. The gentleman that helped me at the desk was wonderful! He was very friendly and professional. He also gave my daughter's a lollipop which they loved! The lady that set up things for the rental was also very friendly and professional. When my car was returned they cleaned it! I was not expecting this service at all! This was the best experience I could have ever asked for and will recommend others to come here. Thank you for getting my car back to me fast and for the wonderful customer service!

Everything about bringing my car there was exceptional from the minute I walked into the Office and my car was ready for me out front I just had to handover the keys and give a little bit of information and everything was taken care of.
