River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

What a great and convenient service! Filled out my accident report on Geico's app at my accident scene and within minutes I was contacted by the adjuster, Truetts, and Enterprise. I can't think of a more convenient service where everything is under one roof! I was contacted daily on the status of my vehicle and all staff was professional and very friendly. And the icing on the cake was when I picked up my vehicle, I was handed papers saying that their work was guaranteed for as long as I owned my vehicle. Awesome! I have already started spreading the word!
