River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I had my car back in a timely manner. They really earned my trust. Waylon is the kindest person and really is a great representation of the company. I would choose Truetts for my repair needs just because of the way he treated me and the customer service. Very happy.
