River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

I received texts that I told I should have ignored (go figure) and then the repair wasn't done correctly and I wound up driving down there 3 extra round trips from North Myrtle Beach all for nothing. No, I am not satisfied and doubt that there is anything you can do to change that.
