River City Collision. Originally started out in 1989 as J & T Body Shop. Ran well, and in 1998 relocated and renamed solely as Truett's Auto Collision. Thomas W Truett based his business on customers, quality, and complete satisfaction. No matter what It took. The goal was to make the experience from start to finish as satisfying and simple as possible for the customer. From the accident to the pick up. Throughout the process the communication is relayed, updating the customer throughout. The end result should be a smile on their face, and feeling like "it never happened". Currently we've located to another larger locations since Feb, 2008 and we owe it all to you!

The work they do is incredible. Our VW Bettle looks brand new. They are pleasant to deal with. The only thing is I would have been happy if the inside was cleaned as well as the outside. Otherwise that small thing I will do business with them again and again. Thank you for the excellent work!

I’m very happy with my car, they fixed it because they couldn’t find one to replace it with, and you can’t even tell that it was damaged. My mom is bringing her car over after we get back from a trip to get an assessment.

Paint job is terrible my back bumper is missing a part and the tow cover is all bent doesn't even look right ... my brand new car I just purchased not even 3 months ago it complete trash now im so upset and dissatisfied I cannot believe I wasted 38k on vehicle to look like this now 😢

Even after I picked up my car from being done with repairs, I got home & noticed one of my lights weren't working, I called Truett's & they said bring it back, took back & they had the issue fixed in about 10mins. Really pleased & especially love how the workers even straighten out my front plate/ tag & put it back on my car! Will recommend!
