I told you guys my turning signal was busted not my HEADLIGHT. You guys threw my new headlight in my trunk like if it was trash ! The new headlight isn’t bright as i have the one installed. Called numerous times trying to ask questions but no return call or anything. I had left voicemails!Had to go to the body shop my self and never received any apology from the team! Very unprofessional.

While in person, everyone was very helpful and polite. However, I never received any updates on the status of my vehicle. I had to call repeatedly to find out the progress on my vehicle’s repair. When told that they would call me back as soon as they had an update on the status of the vehicle, I never received that call and had to, once again, call back the following day to figure out what is going on. I also never received and initial estimate for the cost of the repairs. That may have been a hiccup because it was an accident related to a deer running into my vehicle, but had there been any cost to me out of pocket, I would have been entirely unaware of it.

I received zero updates about the status of my car repair until 9 am the morning my car was finished and was told they needed my rental car returned by 10:30. I, like the majority of people, work a first shift job and can’t just leave without advance notice.
