I recently had offender replaced on my Chevy equinox the service was great. I’m very happy with the customer service. They let me know each day how far they were coming along with my car. In fact they got it done early. I looked at my car when it was all finished I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend anybody that needs repair work like bodywork or mechanical work to come to Denoyer of Holland.

Horrible experience had to return 3 times cause apparently I knew more about bodywork and painter error first went to go pick up the truck had scratches that were not even there with part of claim then the paint had drips and orange peel and still had a drip that they didn’t repaint also my truck went into an embankment that was full of snow and ice that when trying to get to safety the transmission overheated cause I was stuck and going back and fourth for 30 minutes the truck would not go in gear when finally someone pulled me out . The insurance adjuster and Bodyshop manager Frank determined it wasn’t related to the accident which is obvious it was related cause transmission overheated while trying to get out of embankment which caused transmission internal damage over all very horrible experience and very disappointing outcome

Z71 logo is not straight and paint on bumper looks like crap. Expected a dealship to have higher standards. Only positive is that I got a free loaner car.

Great experience. The Car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up and the repair was very well done I felt bad that with the cold weather I did not extend the same courtesy with the loaner and return it clean.
