My only disappointment was not being told the “loaner” car was being charged to my insurance as a rental. I had a trip planned, and if my car wasn’t done, I would have unknowingly run out of rental days. The customer should be allowed to make that decision whether to use their days or not.

Hi, I was very happy with the repairs done on my car and this is not the first time I had to use your body shop unfortunately ! You do a really nice job and I have been a crusty there along time ! Frank and Missy do an outstanding job ! They are very considerate , professional, patience and understanding and knowledgeable about the work being done ! Also it is so nice to get a loaner while your car is in the shop and they try hard to fit it to your needs which is a big plus ! We have been a loyal customer for many years in sales, service and body shop and we will continue to be ! We appreciate the Holland dealership ! Thankyou 😊
