My truck cab corner was not covered and had over spray frank said he fixed it and he buffed it and didn't respray after you didn't cover it now it's dull and you can see a tape line with overspray

Didn't much care for the ev loaner. You should be able to get the equivalent of what's brought in for service. Had many issues with that charging part of it. Afraid to use the car. Because Didn't want the cost and difficulty finding a fast charger. Now I know I'd never own one! As far as the repairs. It seems and looks fine.

Seemed to take some time for the repairs. Wich I understand. But as soon as it got done. I was expected to hop to it and get that loaner back. But negotiated to do it next day after I got out of work

I feel like there was a lack of communication. Have an update system on your website or whatever and you also have text messaging available but every time I wanted to find out updates on progress. Instead of having that available on your website or sending automated quick text. I had to call I tried messaging no one ever answered I had call to get updates. Also my car looks gorgeous on the outside now but it runs really bad. The idol is so rough. It almost acts like it's choking now. It didn't do that before
