Had a family member with same type of damage get the run a round. They had to question things to get the job done correctly but they had to push.

I still gave a ten but had a couple of items to comment on. First, have some loose glass in my hatch door but I know it would be hard to get all out especially the way it shattered. Second, please don’t say a vehicle will be ready at the end of the week when you don’t know. Seems to be the standard answer when you ask. Luckily I had a second vehicle which if I didn’t would have been a problem, especially returning or not returning a rental.
