The repair was completed satisfactorily. I would rate it a 10, but had to bring the truck back for slight adjustment of fit of the front bumper.

Eric and JR were most helpful. JR particularly was really concerned that I was satisfied with the body work. He said they would do whatever needed to get the front bumper aligned properly and was apologetic that the issue wasn’t noticed when it was initially released to me as completed. The bumper was adjusted properly and now looks like one on a new truck! Thanks a bunch JR!

I can’t say enough good things about my Experience dealing with Rob’s Auto Body. Right from the start with Eric the estimated To all the gals that gave you a warm Greeting when you walked in and also Thanking you for doing business with them. They will go out of their way to do everything To make everything right & help the Customer. It makes a person feel good to Deal with a business that you know they Appreciate your business & you aren’t just A number going through an assembly line. Rob’s Auto Body is a fantastic collision repair shop providing accurate estimates and completing all necessary repairs to my car. As a result, I would fully endorse Rob’s Auto Body for any and all repairs!

The office personnel were polite, attentive and responsive every time I called to acquire a status report on how the work was proceeding.
