These folks are true professionals and understand what fantastic customer service means. My car looks and runs great, and it’s cleaner than it’s been since we bought it! Through a long and difficult process due to supply chain issues, they remained patient, informative, and kind. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a 5-star body shop!

If there was a 10+ I would select it. The staff was courteous, professional, and supportive throughout the 4-month ordeal of waiting for an air bag. They could not have been better!

Beautiful work! Excellent job returning my (now) classic Camaro to it’s original beauty. They had to shop and search pretty hard to find custom parts and everything came together beautifully/like new!

Satisfied with the repair work. Fabulous job!! However, my ignition key was misplaced? Jean said that Rob's would replace it? Called this AM (2/28) re: progress in locating my key. Susan was going to leave a message for Jean to call me with their findings? Still awaiting a return call?

Mr.Elivs did an excellent job explaining what to expect during the repair of my Jeep. I'm very satisfied w/ the repairs but your front office personnel needs to work on their Social Skills. Overall, without including your front office personnel, my experience was Good! Would have been a 10 drop score 2 pts🙃
