Originally had some other work done at Robs and had no issues. They repainted a hood and cab roof. They did an excellent job so I was confident in going back. This time a few deer ran into the side of my truck causing significant damage. They worked with my insurance and everything was taking care of besides my deductible. The job they did went above and beyond. Did a excellent job repairing my truck. I have zero complaints. I will definitely have other work performed there should the need arise.

Only really had to deal with the estimator and personnel behind the counter otherwise I didn't have to deal with The Body Shop guys at all everything was taken care of.

I absolutely was pretty much in tears of joy when I saw my car fixed ! It looked so beautiful and as if it had never been in an accident! It was perfect like the day I bought it! I am so satisfied with the work done on my car ! I will highly recommend people to Rob’s Auto Body Shop!! The staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful!!! I will definitely go back to them if I have any issues with my car again! High 5 to this wonderful Autobody shop!

Depends on the repair. For me my car should have only been towed from Rob’s. When my husbands truck was hit, they did a good job on his truck. For my vehicle, I found out later from Conway Ford, only a Ford dealer could repair the electronic parts, not a place like Rob’s. I feel Rob’s should have informed me so my car would have been taken to Beach Ford.

Conway Ford repaired my car, and the repair took a month. They could have over nighted some of the electronics in order to speed the process up.
