Robs auto is the best they did so good with my car! I’m extremely satisfied. They worked with me a lot due to my situation and the sweet girl upfront listen to me cry my eyes out about my life problems when she didn’t have to but she made me feel so much better notifying me about my car process

I liked that they kept me in the loop as to what was happening and why They tried to do things in a timely manner but sometimes it just doesn’t happen My car was very clean when the repairs were completed.

They were nice but it was hassle relying on them to reach out to me for updates. My estimate changed, more parts needed to ordered, some reordered and with all of it I had to call to ask for an update to find these things out. I should have been notified of them, the body shop should take initiative to let their customers know things like this.
