HIT A DEER WITH MY CAR claimed it 10/3/24 never even received a phone call until 11/7/24 saying the estimate was $2700 for repairs i said that was fine went to pick it up after a month and some days just for the front bumper and lights and they had put my old headlight in on the passenger side and a reused one on the driver side fog lights were all yellow and the bumper/front clip was a 1/2 on on side and 1/4 on the other i told them I'm not taking it like this that it was suppose to have new headlights and that gap needed to be fixed well the route that was $2700 was 5180.00 this is before I said anything about the car never had even seen it.. they charged me $589.00 for a used headlight never replaced it for a new 1 this was a complete joke of a repair I spoke to my insurance company and they are doing a investigation on robs auto body

The service was very poor! I was given an estimated that didn’t even include a paint job and the paint job was two different colors that didn’t match up. I never got returned phone calls about questions I ask. Only phone call I got was when it was time for payment. Payment was also a different price then I was quoted to my surprised. I drop my car off on Aug 26 and didn’t get it back for almost three weeks. Nobody even walked me out to my car to see if I was even happy with the work before I drove off. The bumper was not installed back on properly. Now the manager did explain to me about the estimate and he did say that it was no excuse for the ball to be drop with me on the communication of things and it sound like he handle that situation. But I expect better service bc I had no problem paying!!!
